You provided us with a very attractive, cost effective solution for replacing the old, single pane, drippy window. Our home is enhanced by our new, lovely, energy efficient window; the window has solved the condensation issues we were having with the old one. Afternoon glare in our living room is a thing of the past! When things run smoothly and there are no questions, it’s easy to have a satisfied customer. In our case, after we signed a contract there was a question about best design and approach. Things could have become complicated and contentious. Instead, your team worked with us to create a beautiful solution. The window arrived on time and was installed by skilled and careful staff. Thank you so much for my new windows. I am writing to tell you that the three widows you installed last Friday on the porch to my condominium look great and really make a difference in the inside temperature. I don’t know if you remember, but back along October, I called you frantic because my son was bringing home a new baby and we tried everything to try to get the temperature of the new condominium we had just brought to stay warm. We had already tried a new furnace without success. I was hesitant as you were the only facility that was authorized to change the windows, per our homeowners association. I hate when I don’t get a choice. Anyway, Dave came out that evening and demonstrated your product and explained the procedure. He was on time, professional and very patient as I had a lot of questions. I signed up to get new windows that evening. Then the next morning I panicked. I was financially not ready to do all of the windows in the new house. We really needed more time to regroup. Never fear, I called you and you came up with a game plan. We would do the porch windows first and then we could do the rest as financing allowed. Well the porch is done and I regret not doing the whole thing. WOW is all I can say. I have to say that your product does exactly what Dave said it would do. They look absolutely wonderful, but that isn’t what sold me. The difference in temperature in our home is perfect. No longer will we be paying to heat the outside and my new granddaughter and her family will be comfortable winter and summer. I can’t thank you enough for everything. I will be calling you in the next few weeks to complete the project. If anyone should ask, please feel free to have them call me for a reference, I can’t wait to complete the whole condo. It is going to look and feel great. If I should have to sell the place down the road, your windows will make selling it a lot easier.

My husband and I want to thank Capital Remodeling Inc. for giving us the kitchen of our dreams in a professional and efficient manner. Your Kitchen Sales Representative patiently walked us through the process of all the selections that needed to be made, and gave us helpful suggestions to fit our space. He also was flexible about allowing us to make modifications to the plans when we identified some changes that would make the kitchen more functional for us. Once the remodel began, your electrician, Johnny, made a big impact to the overall feel of the kitchen by suggesting canister lights in the ceiling, and increasing the number of under-cabinet lights. The additional lighting is one of my favorite features in the room as it has brightened our space considerably and makes working in the kitchen much more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize the hard-working efforts of the expert installers who reliably showed up every day and worked long hours to advance the project in a timely manner. It was amazing how quickly they moved, but they always remained responsive to my questions or concerns. Any obstacles along the way, and there were a few because of the age of our kitchen, were handled well and to our satisfaction. Truly, it could not have been done without the efforts of your installation team. Our experience with Capital Remodeling Inc. shows that the people of the company make all the difference. You were an answer to my prayers!
When I purchased my house in fall of 2008 one of the things I had on my “to do” list was to replace the original, wooden, single pane, and broken windows. Last year I knew I wanted to find a product that had certain qualities, but wasn’t exactly sure what was out there on the market. So the hunt was on! I searched company after company and saw at least eight different products but it sill seemed as though the products weren’t quite meeting all the concerns I had. Many have similar features, but none had all the perks I found in the Vytex windows your company offers. When your sales representative Tony came to our house I was sure this would be just another window demonstration, but boy was I wrong. He nearly scared me to death when he did the demonstration. If he can treat the window with such force I know he was telling the truth that this product would never need replacement so long as it was used as windows should be and no natural disasters occurred. The strength of the window was impressive, but that’s not all. The rubber seal and the insulation of this window proved that all the other products fell short. Tony explained the purpose of each and I even knew before he did; no other product had a fully insulated frame like Great View does. I saw frames with Styrofoam, like that’s going to help! I saw many hollow parts on other products; but what good is a window if only part of it keeps out the cold? Great View has insulated polyurethane inside the entire frame so, I did the math! This product is a no brainer to a smart consumer, but that’s not even all either. Your company has a great, competitive price list and can keep costs low by super marketing strategies that are very impressive. And yes, there’s more! On the day of installation I was still having difficultly believing that the day was finally here. I would finally be able to save money on the heating and the sounds that carried from outside into the house is our old windows would be cut down drastically. After all, broken glass in single pane windows allow you to hear all the neighbor’s conversations as if you’re standing right next to them. The installers were so professional and so knowledgeable that I felt complete confidence in their work. Each one answered all our questions and even demonstrated the windows since I am better at visual learning then following instructions. They gave me needed warranty papers and product maintenance booklet for safekeeping and I cannot be more pleased. They even told me of another product your company offers to protect the soffits and create more beauty to ones home. There was no sales pitch to it, just a very informative note for a new homeowner who knows nothing about taking care of the exterior. It was a welcome lesson and I hope to be able to include that as a future project on this house. I don’t know how to thank you for the job well done. I do have plans for more work in the future, as finances allow, so I know who I will be calling, and just knowing that makes me feel at ease.
