You were an answer to my prayers!
When I purchased my house in fall of 2008 one of the things I had on my “to do” list was to replace the original, wooden, single pane, and broken windows. Last year I knew I wanted to find a product that had certain qualities, but wasn’t exactly sure what was out there on the market. So the hunt was on!
I searched company after company and saw at least eight different products but it sill seemed as though the products weren’t quite meeting all the concerns I had. Many have similar features, but none had all the perks I found in the Vytex windows your company offers.
When your sales representative Tony came to our house I was sure this would be just another window demonstration, but boy was I wrong. He nearly scared me to death when he did the demonstration. If he can treat the window with such force I know he was telling the truth that this product would never need replacement so long as it was used as windows should be and no natural disasters occurred. The strength of the window was impressive, but that’s not all. The rubber seal and the insulation of this window proved that all the other products fell short. Tony explained the purpose of each and I even knew before he did; no other product had a fully insulated frame like Great View does. I saw frames with Styrofoam, like that’s going to help! I saw many hollow parts on other products; but what good is a window if only part of it keeps out the cold? Great View has insulated polyurethane inside the entire frame so, I did the math! This product is a no brainer to a smart consumer, but that’s not even all either. Your company has a great, competitive price list and can keep costs low by super marketing strategies that are very impressive.
And yes, there’s more! On the day of installation I was still having difficultly believing that the day was finally here. I would finally be able to save money on the heating and the sounds that carried from outside into the house is our old windows would be cut down drastically. After all, broken glass in single pane windows allow you to hear all the neighbor’s conversations as if you’re standing right next to them.
The installers were so professional and so knowledgeable that I felt complete confidence in their work. Each one answered all our questions and even demonstrated the windows since I am better at visual learning then following instructions. They gave me needed warranty papers and product maintenance booklet for safekeeping and I cannot be more pleased. They even told me of another product your company offers to protect the soffits and create more beauty to one’s home. There was no sales pitch to it, just a very informative note for a new homeowner who knows nothing about taking care of the exterior. It was a welcome lesson and I hope to be able to include that as a future project on this house.
I don’t know how to thank you for the job well done. I do have plans for more work in the future, as finances allow, so I know who I will be calling, and just knowing that makes me feel at ease.
